Local Leadership & Team
Roderick Davis
Since the ministry began, in la Vega, Rod’s leadership has included numerous projects including a government-accredited primary and secondary school, family empowerment through the Family Business Program, a Haitian school and ministry for vulnerable immigrant families, church planting, a pastor fellowship program, a water purification center, clothing and housing for the needy, a missionary intern program, and agricultural projects. Rod and his team have also come alongside our work in Neyba in the hopes of creating sustainable change for the children and community through the Family Business Program and other restorative community care initiatives.

Initiatives
Education
Our education programs provide a strong foundation for children and young adults, including a high school, elementary school, preschool, and early learning center. We also support students beyond graduation through our college transition and vocational training program, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to succeed in higher education and beyond.
We are also deeply invested in serving the Haitian community. Our Haitian Bible School provides theological education and leadership training, equipping Haitians in the community with the knowledge and spiritual foundation to serve and uplift others.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is another key pillar of our work. Our Family Business Program empowers families to achieve financial independence by equipping them with the tools and training to launch and sustain their own businesses. To date, we have empowered 54 families in the Dominican Republic, in both the La Vega and Neyba communities. By investing in both economic and personal development, we are helping build a stronger, self-sufficient community for generations to come.
Restorative Community Care
Our Community Care initiatives in La Vega ensure families have access to essential resources. Our Aquaponics Farm provides sustainable food production, while our Water Program delivers clean drinking water to those in need. We also foster personal growth and teamwork through sports programs and provide spiritual guidance and fellowship through our churches. Additionally, we offer pediatric, dental, and eye care clinics, ensuring children and families receive essential medical attention. Our counseling services provide emotional and mental health support, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.
