Cost
$2,000 Per Person + Flights
Some costs, such as flights, are subject to change at the time of booking. The total cost of your trip covers all traveling expenses, including lodging, meals, transportation, and medical insurance. The only things not covered in this cost are flights, personal money for things like souvenirs, and any extra needs while on the trip.
This cost also covers Help One Now’s expenses in administering and leading this trip and investing in our local partners’ work as they take time out to host and care for us on our journey!

January 28 - February 1, 2026
Wednesday 1/28 - Travel day, intro to the trip
Thursday 1/29 - See family businesses and have a time of service at the community center
Friday 1/30 - Yoga, spa treatments, and fun activities at the resort
Saturday 1/31 - Caye Caulker excursion day, snorkel and swim with sharks and rays, and shopping on the island
Sunday 2/1 - Morning yoga, travel home

We have carefully planned this retreat to make the most of your time while also building in time for adventure, rest, and reflection! Your time will be a unique opportunity to build relationships with our local partners and one another while also getting to witness the impact of generosity, see the beauty of Belize, and take the time to rest and invest in yourself. You will also get to experience daily, Christ-centered yoga with B Inspired Yoga & Wellness.
You will stay at Julie’s beautiful property while in Belize City, and at the beautiful Blue Zen resort for our retreat time together.
