We often get asked: “How do you run an effective nonprofit if you give away 85% of your funds to direct impact projects?” Any savvy business person knows that’s impossible.
Every nonprofit organization struggles with this reality. We want to make the largest impact possible – in our case, to care for orphans – by partnering with local leaders who will fight extreme poverty to see their communities transformed. In order to do that, we need to do meaningful work that fulfills our mission and makes a large-scale impact.
Specifically, we need to invest in the best stateside and international staff, ensure that they’re trained and resourced, create new technologies to advance their work and develop high-level systems to maximize the impact – in addition to running an efficient organization and breaking the cycle of extreme poverty.
We’re looking for churches, business, organizations, philanthropists and individuals to partner with us. Together we can break the cycle of extreme poverty!
