All Help One Now Trips are built to connect our partners and donors to the communities we serve through the building of relationships with local leaders, experiencing the beauty each country holds, and participating in intentional guided times of rest and reflection. We want you to return home from these trips with a renewed heart, mind, and soul, as well as a vision and passion for how we can work together to empower families!

Cost
$2,250 Per Person ($1,250 if booking your own flights)
Some costs, such as flights, are subject to change at the time of booking. The total cost of your trip covers all traveling expenses, including flights, lodging, meals, transportation, and medical insurance. The only things not covered in this cost are personal money for things like souvenirs or any extra needs while on the trip.
This cost also covers Help One Now’s expenses in administering and leading this trip and investing in our local partners’ work as they take time out to host and care for us on our journey!

February 12-16, 2026
Thursday 2/12 - Travel day, intro to the trip
Friday 2/13 - Tour our partner schools and community programs, lunch at a community family’s home
Saturday 2/14 - Visit family businesses, visit our Haiti church partner, visit the beautiful Salto Jimenoa waterfall, and dinner at a nice traditional restaurant
Sunday 2/15 - Church in the community, travel to Santo Domingo and experience the historic zone, time at the beach
Monday 2/16 - Beach and travel day
Where
La Vega, Dominican Republic
This trip will be packed full of amazing experiences! We have carefully planned the itinerary to make the most of your time while also building in time for rest and reflection. Your trip will be focused on building relationships with our local partners and witnessing the Kingdom impact of their work first-hand. It will also include time to see and experience some of the incredible beauty, history, and culture of the Dominican Republic.
You will stay at our ministry partner’s guesthouse while in La Vega, and at the beautiful Casa Hemingway Hotel while at the beach.
